<p><font face="宋体" color="#0000ff" size="2"><strong><font color="#ff0033"> </font></strong>在最接近15:00的最后加价者为最后获奖者。加价和出价请用阿拉伯数字自己写在标题上，否则视为无效<br />

3、任何一次加价后15分钟内无人加价的话，则该加价为最终竞拍价。</font></p>
<p><font face="宋体" color="#0000ff" size="2">4、如在拍卖期间因为竞拍而导致ID被封的将一律在次日统一解封，拍卖期间不予解封请大家谅解。</font></p>
<p><font face="宋体" color="#0000ff" size="2">5、若出现系统时间顺序与网友出价顺序不一致的情况，以网友出价顺序为准(树形浏览顺序)！如遇到同一时间出价的情况按出价正确者和出价先者为准！</font></p>
<p><font face="宋体" color="#0000ff" size="2">6、杭州搜房对本次线上拍卖活动拥有最终解释权！<br />

<strong>特别注意：</strong>拍卖师发出的个人有效加价仅对个人有效，拍卖师发出的现在有效价格则面向全体，要求全体在此基础上加价！<font color="#ff3300"><strong>请在竞拍成功后于三周内领取奖品(逾期作废)<br />
